The condo comfortably sleeps six guests across multiple sleeping areas: Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed Second Bedroom: Two full-size beds Upper-Level Nook: Twin bed with a full bathroom For our youngest guests, a pack-and-play is also available. Prepare delicious meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring: Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances An island with seating for four Convection microwave, toaster oven, and stovetop A portable high chair for infants Both bathrooms are updated, with one featuring a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower. 6 Person Limit 1. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on rental premises. 2. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW INCLUDING ANY ADULT FACILATATING UNDERAGE DRINKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. 3. No parties or large social gatherings. People other than those in the rental party are not allowed on the property. 4. Please respect that Pelican Cove is a small private community. Please respect others by not engaging in activities that will unreasonably and repeatedly disturb other unit occupants. 5. Quiet Hours: On weekdays, please observe quiet hours on the deck and beach and other outside property after 10pm and on weekends after 11pm. 6. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. a. Don’t leave towels, clothing or other articles or items on balconies, railings, porches, patios, grass or docks. b. Do not leave trash or food outside

Linens & Towels: Freshly laundered linens for all beds and a supply of bath towels are delivered on your arrival day. For a personalized touch of home, beds are left for you to make up. Beach Towels: Please remember to bring your own beach towels for your time at the beach and bay.
