Do not leave trash or food outside 7. Do not throw ANYTHING over the railings. 8. Remember Bears are dangerous, do not try to pet them !!

Cancellation Policy: We cannot provide refunds for weather events, natural disasters, or power outages. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for their trip. Mountain Wildlife: Our cabin is professionally serviced for pests, but its mountainside setting means you may encounter our tiny neighbors (ladybugs, ants, spiders, etc.). We consider it part of the authentic Smokies experience! Ladybug Season: During the fall and winter, ladybugs seek warmth and may appear inside. They are harmless and a temporary, seasonal occurrence.
